Biography

Christ Has All Our Souls (C.H.A.O.S.) was birthed in July 2001 from the vision entrusted to Tremaine Gardner, Sr. to start a dance ministry at New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (NCMBC) where Rev. Stephen J. Thurston is the Senior Pastor and Rev. Stephen J. Thurston II is the Co-Pastor. The founding members, Eric Davis, David Lewis, Saunte' Tyes, and Minister Max Wheeler, embraced this vision and came together to see it to fruition.

C.H.A.O.S. debuted during the NCMBC's Youth Revival (2001). The original style of the group centered on contemporary dancing. However, the Holy Spirit soon moved C.H.A.O.S. into a mime ministry featuring mime and drama interpretation.

Since 2001, C.H.A.O.S. has ministered within many and various denominational churches, private functions, community facilities, concerts, conferences, and other marital and church events. They have also taught the art of Gospel mime in various places. Whether it's teaching or ministering through this ministry, souls have been saved, delivered, healed, exhorted and inspired. C.H.A.O.S. ministers to the masses in which they express their passion to praise and worship God through song.

As a testament to the gifts bestowed in C.H.A.O.S., each member contributes to choreography, musical selections and wardrobes. With creative minds, humble hearts, spirits for worship, and a willingness to share Jesus Christ, C.H.A.O.S. exemplifies the awesome power of God in action.

Meet the CEO

Tremaine Gardner Sr.

I’m Tremaine Gardner Sr. the CEO of C.H.A.O.S.; I’m a native of Chicago. I was born on the Northside raised on the Southside of Chicago.

I have lived and worked in Chicago the majority of my life and bring a wealth of experience and knowledge about the community to my art form. I started dancing at a young age and was a part of many dance groups throughout elementary and high school.

Throughout my life I have dedicated myself to serving the Lord, and being the best husband and father I can be, all while bringing young souls to Christ. After receiving a vision from the Lord to start a dance ministry, C.H.A.O.S. was birthed in July 2001 with the purpose of bringing a different flavor to the youth revival that was to take place later on that same year. The flavor was having a all male dance group.

With the Lord's guidance, my goal for the ministry is to open a facility where young people can come and learn about the ministry of mime, to have C.H.A.O.S. witness wear, but ultimately to have C.H.A.O.S. travel the world and bring souls to Christ through the ministry of mime.
